Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Lithia Springs

Rooms are mid at best. I always look down on hotels that don't have walk in showers. I stayed at fairfield in Birmingham and they had a walk in. Strike two no continental breakfast. I'm not of the coffee and bagel cloth. So fail for me. The biggest redeeming trait is that it's super near walmart and other eateries and the staff is extremely helpful and courteous. But it gets the job done. We just needed a spot to crash before a wedding. Great customer service really redeems a place. Side note. I notoriously sleep terribly in hotels. This was the first time I've actually had a decent sleep in a hotel. So there's that. I still would recommend it's a nice hotel. But I'm a bit bougie when it comes to amenities. Update: Last night when we returned we ran into an issue with the staff after our card didn't work. My brother and I of course were not pleased he had just gotten married and we had just come from the wedding. We were ready to come back and rest. I'll just say that because of the carelessness and negligence of the of the night staff I personally wouldn't want to stay again.BUT the morning desk woman, I think her name is Kissa. She was amazing. I spoke with her the next morning about the issue and she showed where the needless inconvenience could've been easily and swiftly solved with a few EXTRA clicks. She was extremely kind, accommodating and informed. I enjoyed the stay because of her. She deserves accolades and promotion.

Nice place with a convenient location. Rooms are spacious and clean, however the bathroom is getting tired. Bleach spots all over the wallpaper. But the shower is great- with a on/off knob that can be used without getting wet- but it is impossible to keep the floor from getting soaked. Staff was very friendly at check-in and plenty of well-lit parking. Will stay again for a convenient hotel near Atlanta.

Great choice staying here! Aaron was incredibly helpful and made the day very special for me. Thank you to him and the rest of the staff as well — everyone was very polite and welcoming.

I love ,loved my room so clean with great features like a big tub really quiet no traffic noise ,back way convient exit to get on to Thornton road.My room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels . I saw some reviews for this hotel they were not true . I am very picky and this place was great and on point with all I look for.Enjoyed my stay and I thank my housekeeper. Was in room 435

My family and I traveled to enjoy Six Flags amusement park and this location was perfect! The hotel is nice, the staff were friendly and the pool was the best part! I wish that a complimentary breakfast would have been included. Also, the lighting wasn’t the best in the bathroom and there was were some signs of wear and tear in the room. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and would visit again!

A special shoutout to Kianna F. at the front desk — she was absolutely fabulous every time I interacted with her. Kianna was incredibly helpful, sweet, kind, and maintained the highest level of professionalism throughout my stay. While entering and exiting the room was a bit inconvenient due to the storm affecting the key card system, Kianna went above and beyond by personally walking me to my room to let me in whenever needed. Her dedication and positive attitude made a challenging situation much easier. If she were in my town, I would definitely hire her to run my front office as a leasing specialist — she has a fantastic personality and the perfect attitude for customer service. Thank you, Kianna, for making my stay so memorable!

I’ve stayed at this Courtyard Marriott for several years due to work nearby, and the staff continues to be absolutely outstanding. Everyone I interacted with a couple of weeks ago was beyond friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, I did run into an issue with the room itself. Shortly after walking in, I felt immediate irritation, my throat started itching and my ears and face felt warm. The smell in the room was extremely potent, like a very strong floral cleaner mixed with harsh chemicals. I believe the carpet may have been recently shampooed. I requested to switch rooms and was accommodated quickly and graciously by the staff, but the second room had the same overpowering smell. As a result, I ultimately had to check out and find another nearby hotel. I hope this feedback is helpful, as this location has otherwise always been a reliable place for me to stay.

Great experience and great food in the dining room too. Staff is great and rooms are clean and bed is comfortable.
